Intrigue installation tips and tricks
Here are some helpful and interesting tips and tricks when installing your new Intrigue projection film
Tip #1 – Unpacking
When unpacking your Intrigue projection film be sure to make sure you don’t have sharp objects on such as rings with sharp edges or watches that could catch or snag your projection film
The Intrigue projection film isn’t fragile but you don’t want to risk damage to your new projection film before you get to install and enjoy it
Tip #2 Installation –part 1
The best tip when installing your new intrigue projection film is….. To let someone or a professional install it for you
Although installation is very easy to do finding someone to install it for you is as easy as calling a local car tinting shop or commercial window tinting facility and paying an installer $30 or $40 to come down and install your projection film for you, this ensures you will have a perfect install that you will be happy with
Tip #3 installation – part 2
If you are installing your Intrigue projection film yourself here is a short list of things that will help you
• Clean the glass or acrylic that you will be applying you Intrigue film to thoroughly
• Have all your tools and application items on hand
• Measure out your install site and mark off with tape marks where you are going to install
• Use clean water in your spray bottle (some people put a drop of baby oil in to help keep air out and help with smoothing)
• Have someone help you if possible
• Don’t spray to much water *just a light mist on your application surface is needed
• Peel the adhesive layer half way down to start
• Start from the top and install downwards
• Install the top half then work your way down so you don’t have to much film on the window and get overwhelmed
• Try and get all the water bubbles and air bubbles out quickly
• After your install allow the film to sit for a couple days as it can take up to 48 hours for the adhesives to set up and water to dissipate
